Since baking is also a hobby of mine, I couldn’t resist making a Halloween cake this year. It’ll probably feed me til Christmas, but anyway… Considering it’s made with very basic utensils (my only decoration aid was a kitchen knife), I think it turned out okay. The bottom tier is made of dark chocolate with a white chocolate mousse filling, and the top tier of white chocolate with a cream cheese filling. It’s covered with buttercream icing and handmade marzipan decorations.
